This will be caused by damages of blood capillaries resulting from high blood pressure. Though nosebleed can occur in case when an individual rises above a certain altitude if it occurs more frequent then it is the high time to visit your doctor for future diagnosis.

3. Breathlessness

Breathlessness is an indication of insufficient oxygen concentration in your blood. When the blood is pumped under very high pressure it has no sufficient time to pick oxygen in the lungs.
